01 Trademarks
getAIQ™ and QOS™ are trademarks of getAIQ LLC. The getAIQ wordmark, the Q mark with its blue double underline, and the Q Badge tier seals are proprietary brand elements of getAIQ LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
"AIQ" is used as a descriptive term for an AI-readiness measure — much as a "readiness score" or "fitness score" describes a level of preparedness — and is not claimed as a proprietary mark.
02 Independence & no affiliation
getAIQ is an independent platform operated by getAIQ LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit-scoring, analytics, ratings, or advisory company.
getAIQ is the Homebase for your AI journey — an AI-readiness and navigation platform. Your AIQ is an informational readiness measure, not a financial, credit, or clinical score, and no relationship with or endorsement by any scoring or analytics provider is implied.
