01 Trademarks
getAIQ™ and QOS™ are trademarks of getAIQ LLC. The getAIQ wordmark, the Q mark with its blue double underline, and the Q Badge tier seals are proprietary brand elements of getAIQ LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
"AIQ" is used as a descriptive term for an AI-readiness measure — much as "credit score" describes a financial measure — and is not claimed as a proprietary mark.
02 Independence & no affiliation
getAIQ is an independent platform operated by getAIQ LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit-scoring, analytics, ratings, or advisory company.
References to a "credit score" appear solely as a familiar analogy to explain what an AI-readiness score is. No relationship with, or endorsement by, any credit-scoring or analytics provider is implied.
